In 2021, while 7 months pregnant and looking for a creative project to pass the time, I decided to dive into the world of sourdough baking. What started as a way to keep myself busy quickly turned into a passion. With my trusty starter, Olaf, I discovered the joy of crafting beautiful loaves from scratch, and the rest is history.
